ABOUT US Stuart Street, Managing Director Stuart started in the catering industry in 1990 following the completion of his degree from the University of Manchester.  He began his career as the Operations Manager with Drewetts Caterers of Rugby where he undertook a variety of roles from Event Director, Chef and Bars & Cellar Manager.  This included managing several prestigious venues and sporting events.  Stuart formed Creations Event Caterers Limited in December 2002.  With the support of a dedicated team, Stuart has created strong foundations and the business grows from strength to strength. Graham Smith, Head Chef Graham has over 25 years' experience within the catering industry.  He was trained locally at Booth Lane College, Northampton and since qualifying has undertaken several roles including: Managing a large contracted catering operation for a blue chip company Head Chef for Drewetts of Rugby - managing brigades of chefs and many large functions at a variety of venues including sporting stadia, private corporate events within historical buildings, marquee events, charity dinners and banquets. Graham's extensive knowledge and traditional style ensures that Creations' philosophy of utilising the best quality raw ingredients results in offering top quality menus. Vicky Street, Company Secretary Vicki started in the industry in 1985.  Vicki was employed for a number of years as a Senior Buyer within the electronics industry, handling large accounts.  Vicki has used her business acumen to help make decisive management decisions that are instrumental in guiding Creations Event Caterers Limited forward at its current success rate and will help ensure its future growth. Carrie Billings, Function Co-ordinator Carrie has over 15 years' experience within the conference and events business and brings to Creations a wealth of experience in planning, co-ordinating and managing any type of event.  Her contributions to the success of Creations is in her attention to detail and customer focus whilst planning and running any event for clients. Robert Nelson, Company Accountant Robert has over 25 years of experience in Management Accounts for a variety of businesses.  Robert, as an independent accountant, took on the role of Creations' Company Accountant in 2003.  His contribution is essential to the success of Creations, managing the accounts on a weekly basis, liaising with suppliers and clients, providing up to date financial reports to help support the business.
